Carson, Doc
Raised an Army Brat, Doc lived all over the United States and Europe. He received a close look at America's military operations growing up. His time in Washington provided a political perspective with a flexible emphasis to accompany the technical and focused military one.
A varsity swimmer in college, Doc honed his competitive streak. College also is where he developed an appreciation for history and how past events shape the world in which we live today.
Armed with an MBA, he became a management consultant to the construction industry. Working with independent minded contractors and their entrepreneurial organizations offered an overall appreciation of how to manage change. Paradigms play an important role in change or the resistance thereof. He counseled his clients on better understanding these paradigms and how best to work with them.
Doc lives in Raleigh, NC, with his wife. They have two grown daughters.
