Hudgins, Karen
After Karen Hudgins first tried writing in 1989, she devoted herself to learning the craft and has written nine published works of fiction. She has lived in the East, Midwest, South, and now in Colorado, where her writing continues. Her novels are mostly character-driven, and her degree in behavioral science helps her create credible characters who overcome life’s problems, or determinedly find out whodunit. Research, reading, movies, music, photography are fun for her, a life-long learner. She makes use of imagination and promises a happy ending. Karen is a grandmother and also “Mom” to her orange cat. Meeting readers and writers brings her joy.
