Journalist Ellie O’Brien once dreamed of using her words to make the world a better place. Instead, she sold her soul to make big bucks writing gossipy tabloid stories to pay her granny’s hospital bills. Just before her grandmother passed away, Ellie promised she would once again pursue her dreams of writing factual stories that made a difference. After accepting a job in a delightful small town, she sets out to capture beautiful moments of compassion. Unfortunately, she faces many challenges - townsfolks who resent her positive outlook and local veterinarian Clay Owens who detests reporters, leaving Ellie wondering if her dream will ever be attainable.
